A well known cynic, I approach my need to visit dealership service departments with a grain of salt. My experience at MINI of Ramsey allayed my fears and trepidation, for Mark, Ysrael and Hassan ma dealership service departments with a grain of salt. My experience at MINI of Ramsey allayed my fears and trepidation, for Mark, Ysrael and Hassan made my 48 mile drive well worth it. They all are so very knowledgeable and personable, and easily explained things which needed explaining. They did an awesome job, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, a shout-out to Andrea, who scheduled my appointment and loaner car, and of course the whole team, including the big kahuna, Mike T., Alexandra and Spiro. More

Bad customer service I bought a used mini cooper which had 11k miles on it and it broke down on the middle of the road after 10days of buying it. When i called MINI of Ram I bought a used mini cooper which had 11k miles on it and it broke down on the middle of the road after 10days of buying it. When i called MINI of Ramsey to get the nearest dealer they just said they are helpless and can't do anything with the car or they can't get any info about the nearest dealer. Would never recommend it to anyone. I mentioned that I bought the car from them 10days ago and she said in any case once the sale is done she don't have anything to do worh it More

Excellent service Drop my car for a service, Arrive at the dealer at 8am and by 8;20 I was driving the loaner to work. They call me at noon ,the car was ready, lunch time drive up in and out with enough time to finish my lunch. Excellent service. More
