The buying experience was mostly good. The da=dealer was aggressive in trying to move the vehicle will a fair discount. Nick K was great in answering all questions and getting vehicle ready for delivery. The only issues we had was waiting to get into the finance office (2.5 hour wait). Since I was there first thing in the morning, I feel should have been handled a bit differently. Other than that, it was a good experience. More

I bought a 2026 Volvo XC90 after 3 years with a Mercedes glb 35 4matic and had the best experience at this dealership thanks to Chris Gough. Everyone we interacted with including the general manager Andreas Korallus was welcoming! Chris Gough showed us the XC40, we went thru a test drive and we saw it in different colours, black, denim blue and Andreas Korallus was welcoming! Chris Gough showed us the XC40, we went thru a test drive and we saw it in different colours, black, denim blue and white, and they were all beautiful! We eventually decided on the black one because our little one preferred the black one! We arrived around 5:15pm and left with our beautiful car before 8pm! Chris Gough was warm and competent and we would highly recommend him to our family and friends! We truly appreciate his time and patience! Howar Ruiz went thru the final paper work with us, and he was also warm and competent! They were lovely and genuine people! They made us smile! If you need a beautiful and practical vehicle, go to Volvo Lisle! More

The experience was fine until post purchase when I got an email for another car I was considering being very close to the price the GM said he absolutely could not do. Great dealership, honest price and transparency on cost and fees. Not 5 star because the car was preowned and they released the car with a light on the dashboard promising schedule a scan afterwards which and fees.
