Highly recommend! First of all, I hate buying cars. I had my 2015 Ford F-150 for 11 years and would have kept it longer, but it was time for something more economical. First of all, I hate buying cars. I had my 2015 Ford F-150 for 11 years and would have kept it longer, but it was time for something more economical. I found a Toyota Highlander and met Andreas Small at the dealership. He was an absolute pleasure working with. Number one, he is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. I met with other dealers at other dealerships, and they couldn’t answer the basics. Andreas had an Answer for every question, and for those things he was unsure of, he had an entire cadre of other individuals to consult. The prices were very reasonable and competitive and didn’t require a lot of haggling back and forth to get to a deal price. I bought a used car, and the one issue that was identified after driving off the lot was dealt with quickly. The financing and registration process was quick and painless. Andreas was extremely communicative, and definitely one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure of interacting with in any field in recent memory. Overall a great experience. I called ahead and Andres had the vehicle I was interested in testing driving pulled to the front and ready to go. Once I decided I wanted it. I also like the way Andres worked with management to provide an EV charger as the vehicle did not have one. Ramon in finance was super quick. I told him the max I wanted to put down and what I would like my monthly payment to be and he made it happen. Overall good experience.
