I have purchased 8 new Chevrolets from 5 dealerships, this is the first that has made me feel robbed. They have an "advantage " program attached to the sticker that charged over 3,500.00 for a bunch of w this is the first that has made me feel robbed. Like nitrogen filled tires, 1 year paint warranty, rain repellant, headlight uv protection, roadside assistance, interior protection, customer mobile app, welcome kit, third brake light, interior antimicrobial, cabin sanitation and best of all, a lifetime of great service. all for 3,500.00 ! Not to mention 800.00 charge for hail damage protection. There was also 2000.000 added to the top line value of the care more than the sticker price. More

I am outside of their state, so I was planning on flying over and shipping my car since they require you to be at their office to sign documents and don’t do online transactions. The car became RWD, and I lost interest in it as I live in a very snowy state.They made me do a deposit without explaining what could happen to my deposit, and I never signed a document. But when they noticed I had no more interest in the car and knew I was outside of their state, they stopped texting back and accepting my calls because they don’t want to give back my deposit. There is no proof they have against me that states they gave me an explanation of what could happen to my deposit. It was all there—“you have to make a deposit in order for the car to remain here,” and that’s all.I highly don’t recommend this dealer. It might seem nice at the beginning, but just know when you get to the very end steps, they will not care for you and try to force you to take plans such as their $7500 pachage, which they told me I cannot exclude as they sent me the invoice. I can provide proof of this at any time too, which was actually forced onto my invoice. I tried everything to take it out, but they weren't having it and said the car is used, and this deal is required from our shop.I never bought the car and went on and got the Toyota XSE 2024 Camry from a Toyota dealer in my state, and this dealer still has my $1000 deposit and has not been answering or giving my money back. I highly don’t recommend this shop, and even if you decide to do it, please avoid Andrew Buonvino and his manager, who rushed us through the deposit without explanation and just wanted to scam me. I will most definitely get my deposit back and do whatever it takes to make sure that this never happens to anyone else. More
