My Review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram:
I recently moved to Pennsylvania from Michigan and my car was not up to par with P.A. Inspection standards. Taking the recommendation of a friend, I called Andy explained my situation and what I was looking for. He quickly came up with a list of vehicles that fit not only my needs but was also reasonably priced and fun to drive. After touring the lot I test drove one of the vehicles ( The one I actually ended up buying.) Andy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and if he didn't know he didn't try to make up an answer. He wasn't afraid to ask or look up the information for me. The whole experience was very relaxed and low pressure. Even during the closing process when my Credit Union (In Michigan) was slow to get all the paper work he was very patient with me. In fact it took over a week for the bank to get the dealership the check and they let me drive the car the whole time. Once the check got there Andy drove over to my work to finish up the paperwork on my lunch break so I didn't have to make a special trip back to the dealership. I was so impressed with my experience I actually have him looking for a new truck for my dad ( Who still resides in Michigan!!!!)

What a great experience will recommend the dealership plus Andrew to all my friends and family. Andrew went above and beyond for me. He is a great sales consultant for your company really knows his vehicles. I went in there not knowing what i wanted and he was able to get me in a dodge caliber and love it. I'm really going to miss my RAVENS jeep liberty but think i'm going to like the caliber so much more. Thanks Again Andrew I'm very pleased and will do business again with you.

This is the first dealership that I received a very very very heart warming experience with. Andrew and Dan went all out to fulfill myself and my wife needs in purchasing a vehicle. Andrew was very professional and helful in finding the right auto for us. We are just Tickled pink about our purchase of our 2008 Jeep Patriot. Dan was very professional and outstanding in getting our Jeep financed. This dealership is by far the most helpful dealership we have ever had dealings with. In a rating from 1 to 10, I would go much much much higher.These 2 individuals especially andrew went well above and beyond the expectations of an auto dealership sales personel. We felt welcomed and at home. These 2 individual should receive the highest award that is possible for customer satisfaction. We have already called 5 of our friends that we knew of, that were searching for an auto, and HIGLY RECOMMENDED STETLER DODGE. I would like to thank Andrew for his hard work and dedication. He not only sold me a car he sold my husband one too. Two cars in one week. Hmmmmmmm you think about that. YES Andrew is a great sales man. He isn't pushy and just out to make his quota for the month. Oh and he isn't out just to sell you anything. Very out going and laid back at the same time. I would recommend Andrew!!! On a scale from 1 - 10, I give Andrew a 10! Thanks again!!!!
