I have recently completed the purchase of my first dealership vehicle and it was an amazing experience. Not being local to Amarillo, I was very surprised by the text communication and service. Pua was dealership vehicle and it was an amazing experience. Not being local to Amarillo, I was very surprised by the text communication and service. Pua was absolutely amazing throughout the process - answered all my questions, made videocalls with me, arranged transportation, and made me feel secure about my purchase. The paperwork process was very straightforward, with Oscar being very helpful and open to explaining all my doubts. Overall this was a great experience and will come back as soon as I am ready for my next car. More

Amazing place to purchase a vehicle. I have purchased 20 cars over the past 15 years and I really wish I would have known about them sooner. The Sales team (Joel, Creede), Manager (Shane I have purchased 20 cars over the past 15 years and I really wish I would have known about them sooner. The Sales team (Joel, Creede), Manager (Shane), and Finance (Joel) were top notch. I like to read people and can tell when people are xx'ing me but they were honest and straight forward. No hidden xx fees and add-ons, and I didnt even have to haggle over anything. The whole process was amazing; purchase and pickup. I will for sure be driving back to Amarillo for my next car, even thought they said they would ship it to me at no cost. More

Joel Leimer was our dealer and he went above and beyond to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our prev to try and make our experience the best possible. We had to come in late and he stayed until close so we could get a jetta for my husband. Our previous jetta unfortunately met its demise when a deer decided to run into it and total the car. He worked with us and made sure we felt comfortable at all times and we were able to get my husband back on the road quickly. Once the car was purchased, he also made sure we knew the ends and outs of our new car before we even left the lot. Thank you Joel Leimer! More
