Terrible service. Everybody standing around speaking Spanish. Change of ownership is obvious. While waiting in line a sales person was trying get me to sell my car . My three year courtesy maintenance had expired by one week so they wanted to charge me 100 for an oil change.. Give me a break. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Albert the service manager will sure be missed More

They should have better communication in the service dept, finally I waited 18 days no AC in Florida got there and was told there's a misunderstanding with your appt.I refused to leave I had all communi dept, finally I waited 18 days no AC in Florida got there and was told there's a misunderstanding with your appt.I refused to leave I had all communication with phone calls, text and confirmation,with appt & loaner finally they took my car,but no loaner refused to leave without one!! I told them call Neela and tell her I want her car !! They got me a loaner 😂 I think 18 days no AC is absolutely unacceptable. My SUV is 3 yrs old with 5400 miles.They need to do better.Thank God for Andrew he stepped up and helped me.Dawn in the service dept is not a people person!! Neela was great More
