Andrew is a typical phony poser. He is very nice as long as you are spending money and he is getting his commission... the day you don’t buy from him , he is as slimy as anyone can be . Mercedes Me Connect Activation Andrew Franco activated my Mercedes Me Connect so I will now be able to use it. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. He also had a product specialist come over and go through the rest of the set up with me. Wait time was next to nothing. Not sure if I have the right product specialist name.
