Andrew was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to get the car that meets my needs. He took the time needed to orient me to the new features on that car that I was unfam knowledgeable. We were able to get the car that meets my needs. The entire car shopping experience was much better than past experiences at other dealerships with pushy sales reps. Thank you! More

Andrew (salesman) showed me a 2021 f150 Lariatt last weekend. The price was $52,900. I come back today, 6 days later and he had the appraiser look at my 2016 F250 to get a trade in value. He then told m weekend. The price was $52,900. I come back today, 6 days later and he had the appraiser look at my 2016 F250 to get a trade in value. He then told me that this week there was a sales team there and that he couldnt give me any prices on vehicles. He wasn't allowed to show me the offer for my vehicles trade in. Some fella came out with a golf hat on and the price I was quoted the week before went up 10 grand AND they were only goving me 33k for my 2016 mint f250 with 40,000 miles. They were giving me Kelly Blue Book and selling it for what they appraisr it for. The guy who came out to talk to us felt like a timeshare salesman. We had to ask for our keys back...For some reason when the fella (timeshare salesman) came out, Andrew had to just sit there. We came to deal with Andrew, not the shark. Bad business and shame on the owner for treating his employees and customers this way. When I visited the week prior it was a different atmosphere. Today felt like a timeshare showing... Buy elsewhere. More
