Andrew Szorf who helped and signed me up don't remember me. I complained about mentioning title & registration and any additional fee right before signing. That was not pleasant at all because dea remember me. I complained about mentioning title & registration and any additional fee right before signing. That was not pleasant at all because deal not bad but last few drops are always squeeze and painful. They also started disposition fee(basically charge for not coming back for nissan) I complained about bad prior experience with Nissan Motor Acceptance. I had bad experience but was willing to give last try for awhile but they start this obligation? which I wasnt even aware of until my commitment to different car after this lease. I just got off the phone with Nissan Customer Affair, I still can't figure out who's in charge of that fee, nissan or the dealer. When I first call Nissan Customer Affair, I told that I'm calling about Disposition fee, and the response I got was "what's a disposition fee?" That's exactly the same response I had. Benz dealers do not charge you additional title & registration fee after you negotiation is done, they just do the math separate and tell you out-the-door price. All these minor details really frustrated me. Paul Singh seems like a manager but he comes in and out as if he's helping or resolve and problem but never never deal with this guy! I know it's a business but this guy is the dealer of the house! you don't play with the house, they always win. This is not a game you play every other weekend for fun and get better. They always have better hand and they will NOT make customer win. No free car wash or engine oil change what so ever. They will make deals to make you bring more friends so they can rip more consumers off. More

The whole "car buying" experience was above all, enjoyable. Mr. Szorf was extremely attentive to my wishes and went out of his way to find me the perfect car. The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and willing to answer any question to help. The salesman Andrew did not pressure us at all, he was more then willing to go out of his way to get us exac willing to answer any question to help. The general manager Marc, made use we were purchasing what we wanted and were happy with everything. He oversees everything in the dealership to make sure the customers are being helped and took care of any concerns and questions we had. The experiance was so smooth and hassle free, that when we returned to pick up our plates, I had to thank everyone again for the great service we were given. This was the second purchase we have made with this dealership and we would not have to think twice about returning. All our needs where met from the purchase to any service we ever needed with pleasant, well informed customer service. More

We were looking to purchase a 1st vehicle for our daughter. We had visited a few other dealers, and they were very pushy. When we walked into Meadowlands Nissan, we were greeted by Andrew and were daughter. We had visited a few other dealers, and they were very pushy. 3 years ago I leased my first Nissan. A Rogue. My experience with Paul Singh and Andrew Szorf was terrific. This year when my lease was up I immediately paid them a visit. They both remembered me by name and were just as cordial and accommodating as they were in 2010. I just arrived home with my new 2013 Nissan Murano and absolutely love it (so far!). Meadowlands Nissan is a great dealership with great people. During my dealings with Paul (manager) and Andrew (salesman), I had the pleasure of meeting Howard and Barry Goldman, the owners. True gentlemen. They are all terrific representatives for the Nissan brand. Having recently had a terrible experience at Hackensack Nissan, I will continue to do business at Meadowlands and refer all my friends who are seeking to purchase or lease a car to them as well!!! Went to Medowlands Nissan today and worked with Andrew Szorf. From the moment we walked in, Andrew made our visit spectacular. We looked at 1 new car, and two used. Even though we had an issue with the lease we wanted, Andrew and the finance manager worked a way for us to find a car that was in our price range and made us happy. The used car we chose, had a bubble in one of the tires, so they replaced all four free if charge! they also have a great warranty if you lose your keys, they will give you a new set free of charge in the first 2 years! I can't believe how helpful this dealership was after attempting to work with others who did not work with us. I know as soon as I need a new car again, I will be going back to this dealership and dealing with Andrew again! Thanks Medowlands Nissan, I love my versa. More
