We were told no appt was needed for an oil change. There were two cars ahead of us. The employee took all the info and said it would be about an hour. Not sure it was even that long. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked other things. Some one from the office came out and asked if she could make us a pot of coffee, which we declined. The cleaning lady chatted with us while she worked. When the Jeep was done it was brought around by the door. Very pleasant experience. More

Came in with a front suspension problem. They found problems with the rear suspension but neglected the remaining problem in the front. Not really happy about the diagnosis. Andrew Trombley was very helpful & personable. He quoted my prices for tires and mud flaps for my Grand Cherokee. I didn't have to wait long for the oil change and tire rotation which is an A+ in He quoted my prices for tires and mud flaps for my Grand Cherokee. I didn't have to wait long for the oil change and tire rotation which is an A+ in my book! Clayton was also very nice. I didn't have any interaction with Eric so I can't give you a rating. Another plus- my Jeep was parked out front of the service area and backed into the parking space. Nice touch! More

Excellent service department! Got left with some mechanical problems on a used 2020 EcoDiesel I bought at another local CDJR dealer that they were "supposed" to fix. They never Got left with some mechanical problems on a used 2020 EcoDiesel I bought at another local CDJR dealer that they were "supposed" to fix. They never did and gave me the run around. Andrew (and their best technician) helped troubleshoot the problems and is in the process of ordering the parts and will be taking care of a recall that the truck needs. Due to the size of the job, Andrew is going to get me a loaner vehicle when the parts come in. If it's true that RAM is coming out with a 2025 RAM Heavy Duty Cummins Turbo Diesel truck with the ZF Powerline 8 speed transmission, I will be sure to order it through NYE CDJR and use them in the future for both sales and service. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update the review. More
