Awesome Buying Experience! I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out of at least 10 dealerships but the customer service that I received came second to none. The sales manager I dealt with is Andy Beloff (andy.beloff@crestmont23.com) who is as professional and straight forward as they come. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn’t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota. More

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchased a '13 TAH from another dealership. Presently looking at Prius C's. ANDY BELOFF got my # from online inquires. If conversation does not go his way. He becomes very rude and hangs up the phone. I let it go the first time, but he did it to me again today. Don't get the same treatment from other dealers. From past reviews and my own experience, I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever. More

I really like this dealership.....Straight talk, facts, all the information you need to make a decision WITHOUT all the hype and pressure! I visited many dealerships while shopping for a new SUV and most all the information you need to make a decision WITHOUT all the hype and pressure! I visited many dealerships while shopping for a new SUV and most of them didn't come close to Crestmont when it came to having genuine interest in the customer. Andy Beloff is outstanding.... he took the time to research everything that I asked and without fail - got back to me with the information or comparison I was looking for ....while NEVER once pressuring me to make a decision! It was a pleasure dealing with Andy at Crestmont and that will definitely be remembered when it comes time for the next car purchase! More
