very enjoyable My wife and I researched several dealers and found the best deals were at Imperial. We actually ended up purchasing two Jeep products. A 2014 Patriot & Cherokee we had a budget and the salesman and the staff worked to make the deal happen. I would recommend Imperial to anyone even if you didn't decide to purchase a vehicle, the show room itself is an experience. More

Impeccable service!! My fiance was looking to trade in his old car for a much newer and better quality car. So we went to Imperial on a whim one day, and Andy Clair came up to us and helped us find an awesome Jeep in our price range! He was so honest, down to Earth, friendly, caring, and fulfilling of our needs! So much so that a week later I decided to see him and see what I could get for trading in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata instead of going to the Hyundai dealership I purchased it from originally. I walked away with a brand spankin' new 2014 Chrysler 200 and am paying less than I was for the Sonata. Doing this also got rid of all my negative equity and I didn't need a cosigner this time! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ANDY!! You are the BEST!!!!!! :) More

My wife Paula Jean was in the market for a minivan to help get her parents around due to age and illness. Since I have been in the car business, sales and management in some capacity my whole life, I was leery about going to a new car dealer. I can tell you that from the time I called and talked to Lou Frasca to the handshake with Andy Clair that sealed the deal, my wife and I never felt so at ease. I got what I wanted for my trade, and I felt good about the price on the 2010 Town and Country van we purchased. Even as we left after signing with Michael Walsh, we were given a $25.00 card for our dinner at Miss Mendon thanks to the sales management team. Whatever is being done at your dealerships will most definitely change the "car salesman" reputation for the better. I know that first impressions are the most important in any business, but what you have there far exceeds that. P.S. My father ran Larson's auto body for over 18 years across the street and that led me to buy my dealer parts from Imperial for my business Amped Up. It was my first time purchasing a car from Imperial and "What a Great Experience". Andy and Karyn were very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all "Honest". I was completely comfortable with the entire purchasing process. Yes, the car we purchased was used, but after the service team finished, the car looked new. When my daughter picked up the car they filled the tank with gas, gave her flowers, and a certificate to eat at the diner. It made her day and mine as well to see such happiness, especially during times of economic hardship. Your team provided such a memorable moment.
