We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership for 25 years. We could not be happier with our interactions. John, and the whole service team, are extremely professional. They go out of their ways to keep us informed and help us maintain our vehicles. It’s obvious they take a lot of pride in their jobs, and in consistently delivering superior customer service. I really wish I could give 5 stars. There were a few hiccups with my last few interactions with Land Rover Tulsa. It really boiled down to communication about the work that was being do There were a few hiccups with my last few interactions with Land Rover Tulsa. It really boiled down to communication about the work that was being done or couldn't be completed. Left my Defender with them for 3 weeks. Was told everything was done. It wasn't. They ended up having to pick it up from me 2 hours away, do the work, and return it. Had a second event where an antifreeze cap was not put back on after service. 20 minutes down the road right at closing I overheated. They had to come get the vehicle again and return it to me 2 hours away when fixed. Little things that cost me time and them both time and money. All 100% resolvable with a little better management. More

What a great service department. Corey had my loaner vehicle running and the heated seat on when I pulled into the dealership for my appointment. It took about 10 minutes total to dr Corey had my loaner vehicle running and the heated seat on when I pulled into the dealership for my appointment. It took about 10 minutes total to drop my car off and pick it up when it was finished. They communicated with me the entire time they had my car. I did not even purchase my Defender from them, I promise that when I am ready to trade "Fendi" in I will start at this dealership because of the service department. I had called twice prior to my appointment with questions about some other things about "Fendi" and Andy and Corey both answered my questions quickly and did not make me feel like an idiot!! THE CAR WASH WAS A AWESOME BONUS!!! More

took my Jaguar in for sevice. a vehicle I bought used and not from this dealership. they treated me very well , explained everything they were going to do and provided me a loan a vehicle I bought used and not from this dealership. they treated me very well , explained everything they were going to do and provided me a loaner for the time it was there. Corey and Andy kept in constant contact with me by text and let me know they noticed a small oil leak just beginning and that it was covered by warranty and they could do it then and there. I agreed and thanked them for letting me know since this was my LAST service visit that was included in the warranty. they let me know my brakes were half way through their life and I should think of replacement next year. I appreciate that they weren't trying to get me to pay for things that weren't truly needed right away espically right after Christmas. dealerships get a bad reputation for that or at least that was my experience with other dealerships in the past. If can afford it, lol when it's time I would definitely look to purchase my next vehicle from them. More
