As always, each staff member is friendly, helpful and respectful - from greeting to check out. I drove in at 7:30 when they opened. Trying to leave town. I told them that but my car was saying low battery thought I should play it safe. 45 mins later they say they need to unload my Trying to leave town. I told them that but my car was saying low battery thought I should play it safe. 45 mins later they say they need to unload my rear hatch to get to battery. It was fully packed. For my trip. Told them they replaced the battery last year. Under warranty. Took them 2.5 hrs to replace my battery. Ugh. Nothing ever happens quick. There. Still no service manager there More
