Thank you for your feedback. Freddy, as discussed with you previously, your vehicle repairs had already been approved and we were awaiting your authorization to proceed. Unfortunately, after not receiving a response, the loaner agreement expired. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you through all available communication methods. With no response, we were left with limited options regarding the status of the loaner vehicle. We appreciate that you contacted us shortly thereafter, and we are glad the matter was able to be resolved promptly. We apologize that the situation escalated to that point, as our goal is always clear communication and a positive experience for our customers.
