Never actually saw her I never actually saw her. Another salesperson did the work for her. I bought the car Tuesday. I noticed there was a mechanical problem later that day I never actually saw her. She said she would call me back but never did. I took it to a dealership in Winston-Salem today and they are having to replace a wheel bearing. More

Internet scam artists Stole vehicle up fit dollars without permission. They "offered" half of hold back, took the money for the commercial vehicle upfit money without my Stole vehicle up fit dollars without permission. They "offered" half of hold back, took the money for the commercial vehicle upfit money without my permission and refused to give it back to make up the difference. This was on 3 trucks. Claimed it was part of the deal but the written deal had it in writing no where. They also were not capable of completing the paperwork properly. They got the VIN numbers wrong on one truck, cost me almost $1,000 to get it fixed so 8t could be registered. It was out of service for almost a month costing me another $6,000 in lost revenue, and another $5,000 in employee wages that I had to pay because the truck was unavailable. They sent me the proper paperwork TWICE trying to fix this and each time it was wrong. I ended up having to pay my lawyer to fix their mistakes. These people are nothing more then scam artists. They literally have no idea what they are doing. It was so bad my lawyer wondered if the were doing it on purpose since I raised a stink. Don't walk away from this dealership - RUN. More

Having said that ... you have to ask for DAVID MAXSON!! He was phenomenal! He walked that lot with us for hours answering questions about so many vehicles (too many to count) He is also the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met! Never once did he pressure either of us toward a certain vehicle! He listen to what we were looking for and kept that in mind , never once trying to push us into something different. So thankful he was the one who approached us first ( while trying to eat his entire lunch in one bite lol ) just to help us ! Dave Maxson is the man !!! I was approved right away over the phone , and because I'm from out of state it was important to me to have great communication...and when I arrived I was contacted right away by the dealership then a driver that came and picked me up .the driver was very professional. Once I got there I met the team ,signed papers and was back on the road with plenty of day left for traveling Ps the truck I bought was very hard to find and I could only find it at this dealership I love my new truck ...I'm very happy ...giggity 😊 More
