Annelise was helpful, patient, friendly and answered all my questions. There was a discrepancy in the car’s mileage as listed in the car’s description and the actual odometer mileage. (Otherwise I would hav my questions. There was a discrepancy in the car’s mileage as listed in the car’s description and the actual odometer mileage. (Otherwise I would have rated the dealership 5 stars). I raised this concern to Annelise and Kyle and ultimately it was addressed to my satisfaction in the final negotiated price and financing.
