Christian and Nate were also instrumental in making the purchase of my new vehicle a fantastic experience. I’m especially impressed with the attention to detail that was a consistent element of my dealings with the staff at McGovern. Ryan made sure that my kayak racks were removed from my trade in Car, and that my EZ-Pass was exchanged from one vehicle to the other. He explained everything about my new car, but also made me feel comfortable about staying in touch with him IIf I need anything now that the purchase is complete. Annelise was helpful, patient, friendly and answered all my questions. There was a discrepancy in the car’s mileage as listed in the car’s description and the actual odometer mileage.
