My first day walking into the dealership, I made a haste decision when choosing a vehicle. I was not satisfied with my decision and my salesman was fairly new. He tried to cater to my needs but lacked the knowledge to provide me with options- I’m assuming he was never put in a position such as mine (*none of this was his fault*). He contacted his supervisor Mathew MacEachern who had sat down with me so that he could understand my predicament. Matthew was willing to work with me. He provided multiple options but I was still unsure with what route I wanted to pursue. After sleeping on my decision, I called in the next morning. The receptionist placed me in contact with their sales manager, Ben Heer. I assumed he would be reluctant to help, as the initial decision was already fixed. However, I was wrong. Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He was less concerned with making a sale and more determined with making sure I was a satisfied customer. His kindness and professionalism resulted with me leaving with not one but two vehicles. I was pleased with his demeanor and representation for Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. This is a dealership I will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues. More

No bait and switch, no B.S. he got me the car I asked for. When the car came in and an unforeseen issue was present he was straight forward and honest. He mitigated fixing the issue, was timely and professional with updates. I got exactly what I asked for with my trade-in, and his financing guy was wonderful to work with. Great buying experience from sales professional Anthony Abdullah was my sales person and he took care of me from responding to my internet search from car gurus by calling me direct, to when I arriv Anthony Abdullah was my sales person and he took care of me from responding to my internet search from car gurus by calling me direct, to when I arrived at the dealership and my successful ending of getting exactly what I came for. Especially I had a bad experience earlier that day from a sales person from a dealer closer to me on Telegraph and Square lake road...rushed me down there and had me sit there for almost 2 hours while everyone was in a "meeting" and working with other customers. I left and went home very frustrated but after talking to Anthony on the phone and reassured me I wouldn't have another experience like that I went down to see him at suburban Chrysler jeep ram of Troy and everything went smooth. He made me feel like he was working for me and made me feel important unlike my previous experience earlier at that other dealer. Time I walked in to the time I walked out was only a couple hours and left very satisfied, highly recommended this place and seeing Anthony Abdullah for your next new or used Vehicle. More

He was personable, knowledgeable, patient and transparent about pricing. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Disappointing Customer Service Customer Service appears to be something that is not very important to Anthony or much of the dealership. I bought my vehicle back in June and to dat Customer Service appears to be something that is not very important to Anthony or much of the dealership. I bought my vehicle back in June and to date I have not received anything from the Anthony or the dealer. I've purchased many cars in the past from other dealers and they go out of their way to send a note in the mail or something to let you know they appreciate your business. Maybe it's because I bought a used vehicle or maybe making sure their customers are satisfied is not important to Anthony or the Suburban sales team. Thankfully, I love the vehicle I purchased, but just found the whole buying process to be less than stellar. More
