I had previously owned 3 Lexus RX SUV's. However, once you buy a BMW, no other vehicle drives quite the same. More

I wasn't planning on getting a car! I went to support my cousin and my cousin as well as Korey told me it would all work out. As I've had bad experiences with car dealerships my nerves are always shot! Korey is so calming and sweet!! Sam and Anthony ensured that my deal as well as my cousins were deals that we couldn't walk away from. It wasn't your typical "car deal". There was a sense of comfort knowing even before we completed credit applications that we would both we leaving with the vehicles of our choices (X7 and Range Rover). They all worked diligently to take care of me and it was truly appreciated. I would highly urge anyone considering getting a new BMW to come over to Catonsville and see my guys. More

Very happy customer...great overall service! I visited several "local" dealerships before purchasing a 430i convertible from BMW of Catonsville. I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth I visited several "local" dealerships before purchasing a 430i convertible from BMW of Catonsville. I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth the hour-long drive. My sales rep Benn Edwards helped me get the car featured the way that I wanted it, along with several nice discounts/incentives. Rather than simply try to sell me a car off their lot, he encouraged me to order the car that would truly make me happy...and I am very happy! Although Benn was not in the day I picked up my new car, I was taken very good care of by his associate Joe and sales manager Anthony. The closing/pick-up process was smooth and easy. I also enjoyed working with their Business Manager (finance guy) Samuel, as well. These are all BMW guys through and through, and they all make a great team! I can be a hard (strong-willed) customer at times, but the staff at BMW of Catonsville is clearly dedicated to their customers and provide a superior level of service that puts their customers at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. Even if you live outside the area, they are worth going to for their 5 Star service!!! More

Being a long This review is long overdue, but the experience warranted me circling back to share. In late October, I stopped in to look at a 430i GC. Being a long time customer and advocate of Lexus, I had only a mild interest in BMW, and I truly didn't expect to drive home in a BMW that day. Candidly, I wasn't sure if I was ready to switch my brand loyalty, but the overall customer experience and ease of the transaction is what ultimately compelled me to make the switch. Kevin Hemmis was a consummate professional; wise in all things BMW, a great conversationalist, and never made me feel pressured. Anthony DeLuca assisted with the final transaction, and was likewise a pleasure to deal with. Roughly three months into owning the car, I'm convinced I love driving it as much I loved buying it. BMW of Catonsville has a new loyal customer. More
