Great buying experience Buying a new vehicle is my most dreaded experience. All the games, the bait and switch tactic, and back and forth between the salesperson and the sale Buying a new vehicle is my most dreaded experience. All the games, the bait and switch tactic, and back and forth between the salesperson and the sales manager that so many dealers employ drives me nuts. It’s why I’ve searched, and walked away from, so many dealers. I didn’t experience any of those issues here. My purchase at Rivard Buick/GMC was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Working with Anthony was straight forward and simple and I got a great deal. I worked with Anthony on this deal over the phone since I live 500 miles away. Once I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was sign the paperwork, transfer my belongings from my old truck to my new one and I was on my way. I didn’t have to interact with any additional people. I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks Anthony!!! More

Great Truck At first, I was a little disappointed that the truck I went over to purchase was sold unbeknownst to me and the salesman. However, after the initial shock, I chose another vehicle for the same quoted price. Overall, I was impressed with the laid-back atmosphere ( no sharks) of the dealership. Great fast servixe Brought our suv to Rivard for the first time and the service was fantastic. They said it would take approximately an hour and it took 50 minutes.
