Purchased a new RAV! Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership p Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership provided a 30 day temporary tag (which has expired) and I'm still waiting for the license plate (probably due to Covid 19 delays at the DMV). When I called Molle's salesperson, I was told if I receive a ticket for it being expired they will reimburse me. The RAV is nice as were all the people at Molle involved during the process. More

Catastrophic paperwork process! The purchase went smoothly with no problems! Then, hassles started! They didn't send the paperwork after one month of purchase. The informed me that The purchase went smoothly with no problems! Then, hassles started! They didn't send the paperwork after one month of purchase. The informed me that they lost it and they are going to open a case with the post office. Very hard to reach the financial/paperwork representative, replied after many voice mail messages. Then, replied - very annoyed - that we are going to take care of the penalty fees (Don't call again!). Disappointed! More
