Anthony was communicative and responsive very early on. I went in to test drive an Elantra and at the last minute also asked to test drive the Tucson. He was thorough in answering my questions about both cars and showing me the features on the Tucson that made it a game changer. I was also grateful that he understood it was just the beginning of my car shopping and didn't add any unnecessary pressure to the experience. I reached out a few days later to inquire about the Tucson and thanks to Anthony's responsiveness, quick work, and patience w my deliberation, that Tucson is now mine. Anthony's knowledge about the vehicles I drove, along with his calm, easy attitude, went a long way toward putting me in the right mindset for such a big decision.
