Lokey Nissan is the best dealership I’ve been to. Although there are two Nissan dealers closer to my home, I choose Lokey because of the quality experience and care I receive. Communication was very delayed about all the vehicles I had there I had three different vehicles there. And none of them I had the problem solved.. I really never got a true diagnosis on a few of them. An had there I had three different vehicles there. And none of them I had the problem solved.. I really never got a true diagnosis on a few of them. And one also, they couldn’t do anything with it because they find they can open up the doors. But I got riding it and it started up. It was just warning. It didn’t make me happy that’s for sure. And I don’t know why I couldn’t get a better resolution with everything. and I also had to pay $450 for one of the cars that didn’t get any solutions to the problem I had. And I still have that car. I actually had to fix the truck that I had there. And I saw that solution myself. We also have the other car that was there that didn’t get fixed still. More

I had an appt at 1pm. I asked for Chuck as instructed when made an appointment. Chuck was on the phone, but wasn’t actively on the phone and I stood right in front of his I asked for Chuck as instructed when made an appointment. Chuck was on the phone, but wasn’t actively on the phone and I stood right in front of his desk waiting to be courteous and give him a bit of time as he started talking over the phone then have moments where he’s just waiting on the phone. He could’ve asked me what I needed quickly as he wasn’t actively talking on the phone and see if someone else can help me. It’s not like I chose him, I was told it had to be him. Instead, I waited for 10 minutes patiently in front of his desk. At about 5 minute mark, I asked the guy next to him, John B to his left if I had an appointment at 1pm can I check in with anyone or it has to be Chuck. He says it has to be my advisor without asking me anything else. I realized this was my second time interacting with this person who was dismissive. Based on his demeanor I remembered him from a previous time when he was also dismissive and uninterested to help. At 10 minute, I said to Chuck I know he’s on the phone but is he gonna be done soon cause I want to check in for my appointment. Chuck says he’s been on hold for 45 minutes (annoyed) there’s nothing he can do about it, which makes no sense to me bc he can help me if he’s on hold or ask someone to. I asked well is there someone else that can help me since you’re busy, or maybe I can ask supervisor to assign someone to me (and I said this because the guy next to him didn’t have any interest to help). Chuck then says specifically for the guy on his left to help, then the guy John tries to pretend that he tried to help me earlier but that I was getting or not getting an oil change in order for him to help, like he could only help if it was an oil change or something. I said no, you didn’t even ask me what I was there for, you just straight up told me no, I need to wait for Chuck, knowing he’s busy on the phone. He tried to gaslight me. This is the second time where he refuses to help me without even first asking me what I needed and simply dismissed me. Last time, I had service done but I had some questions and my advisor wasn’t around and I asked him if he can help me he immediately refused saying I HAVE to talk to my advisor bc he wouldn’t know what was done to my car. I was confused bc he could easily look it up and my question was simple. I later found out by another staff that he could’ve helped me. He was clearly not busy while others were both times. I didn’t want to bother continuing with him now so I went down to two other guys down the end, Anthony and another gentleman. Anthony ended helping me and was very professional. Told me to let him finish with his current customer and then he can help so I said of course. 1) John B is rude and dismissive, not helpful 2) for Chuck, he should've asked another coworker to help if he knew he couldn't help so that I don't need to stand there wasting my time and then having to awkwardly ask somebody else to help me, plus I was told only he could help me so that was a lie. 3) Kudos to Anthony for willingness to help and the younger guy near him was good as well More
