Anthony was absolutely great through the entire process of buying my car. Since I left the day of pick-up, there have been additional things to address that I feel should have been handled before I left wi of buying my car. Since I left the day of pick-up, there have been additional things to address that I feel should have been handled before I left with my car (that weren’t all the dealership’s issues but several were overlooked by the staff). For example, I had to return to pick up my license plates, my registration had the incorrect name & vehicle color, and I’m being asked 5 days later to produce multiple forms of documentation bc the finance dept is having quite an issue verifying my correct name for my loan. More
