From the . moment I walked in and was met by Sandra Anzalone, to my salesman Tony (Anthony) Palella, to Jason Serene in finance, I was treated incredibly well. T moment I walked in and was met by Sandra Anzalone, to my salesman Tony (Anthony) Palella, to Jason Serene in finance, I was treated incredibly well. The entire experience, that is typically a hassle at other dealerships, was actually pleasurable. I will definitely look here first to purchase again in the future. Thank you to each of you for your help and kindness along with the blessings. Tim. More

I went into Woodstock with no expectations of buying a car, however I knew exactly what I wanted to look at. Anthony not only accepted the fact that I was there to look at a vehicle not really to purchase car, however I knew exactly what I wanted to look at. Anthony not only accepted the fact that I was there to look at a vehicle not really to purchase but he also accepted the fact that I had half of my family in tow also including a newborn. He was awesome! He joked with us and laughed with us. I ended up going back to buy the vehicle. More

We purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee on August 23rd. At first, everything seemed fine, except for a nick on the door that they agreed to fix. When I was called to bring the car in for that repair on Sep At first, everything seemed fine, except for a nick on the door that they agreed to fix. When I was called to bring the car in for that repair on September 10th, the check engine light came on the day before. I immediately let them know because we had only had the car for a little less than two weeks, and this was not what I expected from a dealership that claims to put every vehicle through a 100+ point inspection. The vehicle was left with them on the 10th, and by the 16th we were told to pick it up. That same night, we drove an hour, picked it up after 8 PM, and within five miles the check engine light came back on. I turned around and left it in their parking lot that same night, with the keys in the drop box. I emailed the salesperson to let him know. The next call I got was an unclear explanation I was told the light wasn’t on and then told I’d have to pay for the repair. Imagine buying a car, being reassured about “quality inspections,” and less than a month later being asked to pay to fix a major issue. I declined to pay, and later I was told they would take care of it. It then sat in their shop for almost two weeks. I was told parts would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, but no one ever updated me. By Friday, I had to call myself. I tried to contact the GM but only reached his voicemail (at this point I had already sent him an email, which he never responded to). Then, suddenly, 10 minutes later I got a call back saying the car was ready. So, was my vehicle fixed in under 10 minutes, or was it sitting in their parking lot while no one thought it was important to inform me? At this point, my disappointment level was very high because they had promised it earlier in the week. I’ve bought vehicles before and never had this kind of experience. In fact, I’ve had cars go months and years without an issue. Once in the past, I was sold a vehicle from a different dealer with a cleared check engine light, and I honestly don’t want to believe that’s what happened here — but the lack of transparency makes it hard not to think that way. The frustrating part is not just the mechanical issue, but the way communication was handled. If I hadn’t called and left a voicemail for the GM, who knows when I would have been told the car was ready. Customers drive an hour to trust this dealership, and the least you should expect is honest communication and accountability. Buying a vehicle is supposed to bring peace of mind, not this level of stress and doubt. For me, this experience has raised serious questions about how much Kunes truly values their customers after the sale. More
