I just bought a new QX60, and I absolutely love it! I traded in my 2018 as well. Victoria and Tony were amazing to work with, like a breath of fresh air compared to other dealership staff! Communication after we left the dealership was poor with them. We had numerous things wrong with our pre-owned vehicle, things that should of been noticed if they checked over the vehicle properly like the them. We had numerous things wrong with our pre-owned vehicle, things that should of been noticed if they checked over the vehicle properly like they said they do in their paperwork. They did reimburse us for a few of the things, which was great, but we are still waiting on another item, and nobody is responding to us. I don't think we will ever do business with them again. UPDATE they have worked with us to helped resolve our issues. More
