No pressure... pure professionalism at it’s finest I have been a loyal Volvo customer since 2000 and I have to say that my latest purchase was the best experience out of all of them. I did have trepidation leaving my previous Volvo dealership and starting all over but all of that disappeared after I enter the Wynn showroom and was greeted by a warm friendly smile from the young lady at the front desk. From the next moment on I felt as if I was a part of a family organization from the interaction/communication with the sales manager, sales rep, and service manager. Each member was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the company, services and car. At no point did I feel pressure to purchase and all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. This was an amazing experience from the initial conversation to driving offf in my new XC60 More

After an email inquiry about availability and a visit later that night, we decided to purchase the vehicle. We arrived at 7 to view and test drive the used truck; by the time we returned and spoke with Anthony it was after the dealership's normal hours. We left a deposit and returned the following day to pick it up. John had us in and out of his finance office in under 30 minutes. Not your typical dealership, everyone we met was pleasant and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Wynn Volvo for your next vehicle purchase, I know we will be back. More

Going to Wynn Volvo was so different, beginning with our first contact through email. Anthony answered all my questions quickly. And I sent several, especially about the price and other fees. When we went out to test drive the car, Don, the salesman we met with, was great. He was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and when he wasn't sure of the answer he found out immediately.. When we went to pick it up, he helped us get the bluetooth phone set up and took the time to show us all the features. The paperwork was done quickly and again there was no pressure from the business manager to buy the extra warranty. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. More

While we were understandably upset that we could not get more for our trade-in that what we were given, we were explained to properly, as to why it was not possible, and we understand and have no qualms on it. If we ever were to need another vehicle in the future, we would always recommend, and personally want to deal with, Mr. Anthony. Customer service means serve us, and he, for the second time now, has hit a home run with us. More
