This is the second car I have purchased through Russ Meyer. He is a very good salesperson to work with. He did a great job helping us narrow done to the vehicle that best suited or needs and our budge Meyer. He is a very good salesperson to work with. Pleasant and well managed experience all around good deal. Financial could have explained the extended warranty a little better. Was told 100000 miles bumper to bumper or 8 years. Honda of Lincoln assisted me twofold. First we needed to replace our 2020 Pilot & the sales staff responded immediately to answer my questions & begin the search to meet our needs. Not First we needed to replace our 2020 Pilot & the sales staff responded immediately to answer my questions & begin the search to meet our needs. Not living in Lincoln, the sales rep even prepared a personal video that was emailed to us. Although we found our replacement Pilot elsewhere, the experience was positive. Secondly, Chad in finance provided “above the rim” customer service by providing diverse options for us in utilizing a previous purchased warranty extension and converting the unused value into a new agreement for our used 2022 recent purchase. This new agreement keeps us coming to Honda of Lincoln for service and their commitment to meeting the customer’s needs shines brighter than the other dealerships we visited. More

Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly, and didn't overly pressure us during the car buying experience.
