Like most people we were a little uncomfortable about the idea of going full electric. I was contacted by Jasmin an assistant at Galpin Volvo who then referred us to salesman Anthony S. Anthony set an ap idea of going full electric. I was contacted by Jasmin an assistant at Galpin Volvo who then referred us to salesman Anthony S. Anthony set an appointment based on our schedule. He went over every feature on the car, showed us their full inventory and then built a few models on the Volvo website so we could understand which features came with which model. We were given a quote and Anthony offered to let us borrow the car for a few days prior to buying. Seriously? Who does that? I checked on some competitor's quotes and both places started high and took a few bucks off at a time. Anthony did not do that. He went over rebates and explained the lease rates, giving us a sweet deal from the first quote. As I read other people's reviews here, its super consistent with how we were treated. It felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not a salesman selling us. More

We used the Galpin website and asked for help. That is how we were introduced to Anthony. He was very professional and got us a very good deal. When we arrived at the dealership he had all 3 cars That is how we were introduced to Anthony. He was very professional and got us a very good deal. When we arrived at the dealership he had all 3 cars we were interested in cleaned and waiting. We were given prices on all three vehicles. we were considering the least expensive which we didn’t totally love, but Anthony insisted he wanted to sell us the car we loved not the cheapest car. He worked on extra incentives and a discount to close the gap between vehicle payments. so we ended up with the car we really wanted for the price of the least expensive. In 50 years of buying cars this was our best experience ever. Thank you, Anthony More

Anthony was great. Start to finish, he was there for us. My husband and I were deciding between 4 different XC90s and each time Anthony was patient with us. He treated us like a friend, answering questions with factual information. We weren't pushed or swayed. After about a week of deciding which car best fit our family we chose our car. When we arrived Anthony had the vehicle and all the paperwork ready for us. We were in and out of finance within an hour. After the sale Anthony spent over an hour going over all the features on our new car. It would have been very easy to give up on us but we were treated with care and concern from our first meeting to our last. Months later I've texted Anthony questions about the car or service dates and we get instant responses. More
