I have been going to Roswell Infiniti for over 8 years with my 2008 FX35. Best service hands down. Had to say goodbye to my FX35 today and purchased Equinox. Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never called. I was shuffled around to 3 different sales people, all of which said they had someone else that showed up after me. Finally I just said, you know what, I'm out. Apparently I wasn't dressed a certain way, or maybe because I'm a woman, but obviously they didn't take me very seriously. I came in pre-qualified and with cash. Now, I'm not sure I want to do business with a dealership that doesn't appreciate my business. Shame on you Roswell Infiniti. More
