A Service Centered Experience I stopped into Park Place per a recommendation from a friend, I would not have stopped there otherwise because I didn't expect them to have the variet I stopped into Park Place per a recommendation from a friend, I would not have stopped there otherwise because I didn't expect them to have the variety of vehicles that that they do. They no longer had the vehicle the friend had recommended. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Aaron and Tony helped me find exactly that. They both made sure that I was comfortable not only with the vehicle but with the payments. Aaron made sure that all of my questions were answered in regards to the vehicle itself. There were a lot of 'fancy' features that I was unsure of how to work, he made sure that I was comfortable with them and took the time to set things up for me. Tony was also great to work with, he went over the warranty options and made sure that I got everything that I wanted even within my price range. While I was waiting inside the dealership all of the staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Aaron even followed me to drop off my other vehicle afterwards. I would definitely recommend both Aaron and Tony to my friends and family. I am very happy that they were recommended to me. More

After the delivery I ordered the all weather floor mats and the parts department handled it and they installed them as well as the license plate when I brought it to the dealership. After completing the finan I bought a 12-year-old minivan from Luther Park Place and couldn’t be happier. I bought an 06 Honda Odyssey off their lot. After completing the financing their safety inspection revealed it needed a few things to conform to their used car safety standards and asked for an additional day before I took delivery. They made the necessary repairs using quality parts. I feel like the safety of my family was of great concern to this dealership. I think anytime you buy a 10+ year-old vehicle You run the risk of Having issues but this dealership has left me feeling very confident loading up my large Family and going down the road. More
