He made sure that all my concerns and requests were met before I drove 2 hours to see a specific vehicle. He provided an A+ level of customer service. Upon arriving, after 2 hour drive to City Highland Volkswagen, I was greeted by Andrew who was my amazing sales person to help me get through purchasing my vehicle. He was down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, and the perfect person to help me. He listened, he acted and exceeded my expectations. The process was seamless when I get to the financial portion. I met this awesome guy named James who is the financial person. Great at what he does, easy-going not pushy. Got the transaction completed and I was on my way home. The whole team was thorough in explaining and letting me know what I needed of course they do ask you if you need and want add-ons, which should be considered, but if you don’t, they’re not pushy and rude like some sales people at other dealerships I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Things started off great with initial outreach and inventory search for the exact vehicle I wanted and the salesperson, Brian, was great to work with throughout. He also was great to work with during follow up process and answered any questions I had, was very understanding, patient, and responsive. When it came to financing and working with the team there, my experience was not as enjoyable. There was a very long wait time and a request to complete even more paperwork and pay more money after the deal was "closed" and paperwork signed the previous day. I was expecting to only pick up the keys to the car that following day since it had to be shipped. I expressed my disappointment and they understood, apologized and was very accommodating. They paid the fees that were overlooked and thanked me for doing business at their dealership. Overall, good experience and will be back to find a VW for my husband. More
