The easiest part of the process was knowing Executive was handling the repairs. Skip took care of it all, kept communication open (I anxiously called frequently). I appreciated his laid back sense of humor a handling the repairs. Skip took care of it all, kept communication open (I anxiously called frequently). I appreciated his laid back sense of humor about things, it brought a sense of comfort. Car is back up in pristine condition, no issues and very clean. There is a lady at the front desk who is also very kind, informative and accommodating, I do not recall her name. Thank you all! More
