We recently purchased our fourth Jaguar from Jaguar Land Rover South Orlando, and we would like to recognize the outstanding service we received from Ted Pawlina. Because our previous vehicle purchases had been made out of state, my husband initially contacted the dealership by phone and spoke with a couple of sales representatives to gather information about purchasing a new vehicle. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up communication, so he decided to visit the dealership in person. After briefly sharing his concerns with the receptionist, Ted Pawlina overheard the conversation and immediately stepped in to assist. From that point forward, he provided an exceptional experience.
