Updated Review: I’m updating my review to reflect the full experience from start to finish. At the time of purchase, I raised a concern about brake noise during the test drive and was advised that the full experience from start to finish. At the time of purchase, I raised a concern about brake noise during the test drive and was advised that the brakes had been inspected and were in good condition. After the purchase, the noise persisted, and I ultimately chose to have the brake pads replaced. Following my initial review, the dealership stayed engaged and took the time to look into the situation more thoroughly. They requested documentation, communicated directly with my mechanic, and worked with me to better understand what occurred. While we didn’t fully align on the root cause, I do appreciate the professionalism and effort shown in working toward a resolution. The dealership provided a 50% reimbursement for the brake service along with a full tank of gas, which I view as a fair and good-faith outcome. Overall, while the initial experience fell short of expectations, I do value how the dealership handled things afterward and their willingness to make it right. Based on that, I’ve updated my review to reflect the complete experience. More
