Francisco is the man and did an amazing job with informing us of the details of the car and getting us a good deal. Really appreciate that he wasn't some shark looking for prey and wasn't pushing us informing us of the details of the car and getting us a good deal. Generally good experience. Fair deal. Price seemed more than fair. No pressure. Very accommodating to my issues/plans. Lots of little (?) details I would comment on howe Fair deal. No review of car function/dashboard/Infotainment system provided by dealer personnel. I was handed the owners manual and basically told "good luck." Today's cars are too complicated not to have someone at least walk you through the basics. When I bought my last car, a Hyundai, the salesperson spent at least an hour going over all the details, and actually helped me install my Iphone and other details. It wasn't like they were too busy that day, just wasn't a priority. 2. No mention of the Mazda Connect Owners Manual. Didn't get a copy or have it even mentioned too me as existing. It is mentioned (briefly) in the Owner's Manual, but given the complexity of the system, it really should be at least mentioned, or a copy (or CD) given out to new owners. I think this is a significant lapse in policy. Have since downloaded a copy. 3. Wheel Locks. I paid for wheel locks, but they were not put on the car prior to delivery. They were in their original container in the glove box. I think if you pay for a "dealer installed" item, it ought to be dealer installed, not stuck in the glove box. Lack of detail. More

Very nice people across the whole car purchase experience. The whole process was very direct and forthright. Francisco Hernandez was a great salesperson and kept the transactions moving -- no si experience. The whole process was very direct and forthright. Customers are not greeted, receptionists desk is always empty. Car salesmen sit at desks, and ignore you. Salesmen are rude unless you automatically accept their deal. Try to upsell you.
