Saturday morning at Molle An unexpectedly pleasant experience for a dealership service center. The set-up went well; I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an oil change an An unexpectedly pleasant experience for a dealership service center. The set-up went well; I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday at exactly the time I wanted, 10:00 AM. I arrived at the dealership at 9:55 AM and was greeted almost immediately. Though i was told thst there were 3 customers in front of me I was checked in at 10:04 AM; reasonably prompt. The service writer evaluated my mileage from my last visit and suggested that I didn't really need the tire rotation and could save a few $$s by holding off. He said that my car should be done in a hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Surprise, surprise, the care was done in 45 minutes with no upcharges. More

Final Review Took my vehicle in to Molle Toyota Service center on July 26, 2017 for an issue with coolant leaking from the thermostat housing or water pump area. N Took my vehicle in to Molle Toyota Service center on July 26, 2017 for an issue with coolant leaking from the thermostat housing or water pump area. Note, in March of 2015 I had my water pump already replaced by Molle Toyota. I initially worked with my service advisor named Tim Sutherland when dropping off my vehicle on 07-26-17. The next day I was contacted by another service advisor Aric Kasberbaur. Aric advised that a service tech (name unknown) identified my problem as a warped water pump. I advised Aric of when the last time my water pump was replaced and he checked the computer system and verified the service. Upon discussing this issue, Aric agreed that Toyota should cover the pump under warranty but would advise me the next day on the outcome after speaking with his managment team. This morning, 07-28-17, Aric contacted me first thing in the morning and advised my work will be covered under warranty. I was extremely pleased with the prompt communication, customer service and professionalism of Aric, Tim and the Molle Toyota staff. I also appreciate Molle Toyota for standing behind their warranty. At this time I rate this experience and interaction 5 stars! I recommend using Molle Toyota for your Toyota and Scion needs. More
