Arlington was great. Was very disappointed that my vehicle was not delivered on time and that the 0% financing deal had expired and could not be honored. Arlington did everything possible to make sure our buying experience met or exceeded our expectations. He was never "pushy" in trying to sell us. We would HIGHLY recommend Arlington for your representative if you're looking to buy. The dealership as a whole was well maintained and clean. Our only disappointment was we could not get the exact car we needed without waiting for months. We desired a AWD Palisade in the exterior and interior color we wanted. We had to settle for a FWD instead. The business department dealings were efficient and NO hard sales for items we did not want. Overall a 5 star experience! More
