I had been shopping at several dealerships over the past few days, and the difference in professionalism was immediately obvious. Emanus was transparent, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. He did exactly what he said he would do, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked hard to earn my business without any pressure or games. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the time we drove off in our new vehicle, every member of the Tamiami Hyundai team was friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They made what is often a stressful process feel easy. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Tamiami Hyundai. Dean was really great throughout the entire process of buying my son his first car. He kept in constant contact and was very accommodating with negotiation, setting up financing and even staying late sin buying my son his first car. He kept in constant contact and was very accommodating with negotiation, setting up financing and even staying late since we were coming from Miami. The finance team allowed everything to go smoothly and were in and out in record time. Would highly recommend the dealership and Dean for his white glove service and overall professionalism. More

No stone was left unturned, every detail was explained and his hard work was noticed this was why we choose to purchase a second vehicle with his assistance. He deserves more than 5 stars! Now let me say that if we would purchases a third vehicle it would only be with him. The dealership has some areas to work on and because of this i can only say they are woth two stars at the moment. The entire service department is a joke. Poor communication at all levels. We had a vehicle looked at for two issues. After dropping the vehicle off it took several days to here from the service department. When we had been contacted and informed that it would be at least 5 days before looking at the issues and could be another week before getting repairs done all because they were taking care of all the snowbirds that were heading back north. No loaners available no rush to assit a local customer that has responsibilities to get back and from work that uses the service department year around. After the repairs the vehicle was still not fixed. Called a few times and unfortunately, no response. Stopped by the dealership on a Friday to speak to a service advisor and was told that as soon as someone comes in to see the note on Monday they would arrage for a loaner and set up an appointment to have the vehicle repaired. Never was contacted. Left message that week. We are now still waiting for return calls. It has been over a month now. I can say that my wife and I are so disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of communication we are really considering purchasing our next car for our daughter else where. The only reason that may have us come back to the dealership to purchase would because we are loyal to Anthony Delisio and want him to be successful. More

Buying a new car can be stressful but our experience was any thing but. From my first call with Joe Goncalves about my trade in to when we came in was first rate. The dealership failed to submit the registration in a timely manner. When they did (6 weeks later), the Oates that were supposed to be transferred were somehow changed to only be good for 6 months when I timely manner. The manager told me it wasn’t a big deal and that’s the east it was. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. More

From the first image that you see as you pull into the Tamiami Hyundai you realize that you are entering into a very well-organized, professional and clean environment. That feeling is enhanced as you pul Tamiami Hyundai you realize that you are entering into a very well-organized, professional and clean environment. That feeling is enhanced as you pull into the reception area and you are guided to a specific service consultant, who you have worked with in the past. So, maintenance of your vehicle goes very well. Then you have a discussion about a potential offer that you have received from The Business development group. Since it seems attractive you ask your service consultant for an opinion and his response is yeah it's certainly worth investigating. So you ask if there's a sales representative that your he would be comfortable working with and you are referred to a very nice gentleman not the same but similar age and experience. You immediately are impressed with the openness and professional conduct of the salesperson. You then walk through the possibilities of purchasng a new vehicle and using your current vehicle as a as a trade in. Given the initial offer extended by The Business development group, you decide to spend a little time investigating the prospect. The cordial nature of your discussions leads to a decision that purchasing a new vehicle at this time would be advantageous. The entire process both maintenance and sales opportunity took maybe 4 hours. But, it was worth every minute and resulted in a very positive experience. I can't speak highly enough about both my maintenance consultant and my sales representative. Thanks to both of them! More
