Had found the car on Cars.com listed at a sale price, and that price was granted by dealership (higher price was shown on the window). Good value was given for my trade-in, so the deal was easy. I had to contact my sales rep Art twice after purchasing the car, once because I had forgotten to make proper exchange of keys (I still had one set of keys to trade-in, and dealership still had my house key). The second time was because I had forgotten some things in one storage compartment of the trade-in car. Both times, Art was very helpful to make sure I got back my key and belongings. Eric & Marcus were helpful on the day of sale to make the transaction easy and quick with no hassles. One negative comment, not affecting my rating of the staff mentioned above: within one week of purchasing the car, the power steering went out, the battery & oil light came on, and the car was undriveable due to a belt that had come loose. We had to have the car towed to our local mechanic and paid $200 to fix it. We would not have been able to drive the car to the dealership to be fixed. This was a frustrating issue and I don't know what caused the belt to come lose. However, this does not change the car-buying experience which was positive. More

My Wife and I had a wonderful experience. We had planned on visiting several dealerships over the weekend and possibly not making a decision for several weeks. We never felt pressured, all our questions an on visiting several dealerships over the weekend and possibly not making a decision for several weeks. We never felt pressured, all our questions and concerns were met with either immediate knowledge or got help from someone else to help with our concerns. We felt comfortable with what we got for our trade in as well as the Lease price for the Ford Edge we decided to make our next vehicle. 1st stop of the day turned into a pleasant car buying experience. More

Eric Souza was awesome and extremely patient in helping me find the right car. Knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Art was very helpful getting me settled into my new car as well! I came to future ford and my experience was great. At first I had gone to Lithia and they did not know how to treat a customer or listen to one. They were to pushy. I came an bought a focus from Art Torr first I had gone to Lithia and they did not know how to treat a customer or listen to one. They were to pushy.
