Meeting Albert was a godsend as he was very helpful and finding me a car that fits my mom's needs. Albert was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. He was honest and straightforward with the cars he showed me, but we chose one that I couldn't pass up. The car I own now is a 2016 RDX Tech pre-owned certified. When I test drove it, it felt great on the road. It was smooth, powerful, and easy to drive. It definitely was the one. Although, I had to think about it initially and took me a few days and on the second encounter, I made the deal happen. Going over and signing documents was quicker than I thought since I paid cash in full. Thank you Albert for making all it happen, your help, and more importantly, for being genuine in my decision making. More
