One of the most frustrating experiences is spending your valuable time at a dealership, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I encountered at AL Piemonte Buick. Their website is informative in many ways, displaying the car's price, taxes, documentation fee, and estimated registration fee – all typical fees you'd expect to see at any dealership. However, what they conveniently omit from their online information is the additional warranty they will add, $2800, and the tracking monitoring $3500, they have installed in all their vehicles. These costs aren't factored into the car's price until they present you with the bill of sale. In my case, this unexpected addition amounted to approximately $6300 on top of the car's listed price. To make matters worse, there's no option to decline these fees, and the warranty is subject to negotiation. To improve transparency and save potential buyers from wasting their time, it would be beneficial for AL Piemonte Buick to include these fees on their website upfront. The car turned out to be more expensive than buying a new one once you added the additional $6300. More

Not a good experience. Couldn’t get much of a straight answer on anything. Dealer wasn’t forthcoming on interest rate or trade in value. The reason I only rated this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the price they advertised the vehicle for was not the actual amount they were selling it for. The actual price was approximately $3,500 more than the advertised price. We confirmed the advertised price with the dealership by phone prior to going into the dealership to look at the vehicle. Nothing was said to us regarding that additional $3,500 until we were at the dealership and speaking with the salesman. Therefore we were stunned when we were told after the fact that this $3,500 was not an option, we had to pay for it because it was already put on the vehicle. The advertised price of the vehicle should have reflected the true cost instead of leaving out the $3,500. More
