Ashley went way Above what I've experienced with other dealers.. She kept me in the loop of what was going on and explained what was needed. In my opinion she kept in. Contact with the technician working dealers.. She kept me in the loop of what was going on and explained what was needed. In my opinion she kept in. Contact with the technician working on my car so she knew what exactly was going on.. As for the Technician.. I didn't have any idea what all was involved in resetting, calibrating and diagnosis of the Cruise Control on the VW Passat.. He explained what all he did to get the CC back in Working order..
