Wasn’t planning to, but bought a car! Walked in to Northside to buy a new key for my car and ended up buying a new car instead! Go figure!!! We had a fantastic experience with each person we dealt with; especially Ashley - she was amazing -extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind and she went the extra mile to help make this purchase happen. I wasn’t planning on buying a car, but I’m thrilled I did; thanks To Ashley!! Shout out to Ashley’s manager, Christian, who was great to work with as well and to Steve Gardner, finance manager, who did an excellent job explaining all our options. We actually had a lot of fun throughout this entire process. I will be happy to refer Ashley and all the gang at Northside. More
