Earnest and Helpful "Earnest" and "Helpful" are seldom words used for car dealers. Alam provided a refreshing and smooth experience helping out from all documentation to even calling my auto insurance agency for the new ID card. They knew I came from over 40 miles away so were willing to coordinate in making this a pain-free experience. Rich (pre-owned Manager) was particularly helpful in providing details and full cost estimates over the phone to save me an extra trip - not all dealers commit to a drive-out price over the phone. Just be careful not to pay NY tax if you are an out-of-state buyer. More

They are awesome!!! I leased my first car there (a 2015 Altima) in Sept 2014. Even though they are 30 miles away and there are other Nissan dealerships near me, I always I leased my first car there (a 2015 Altima) in Sept 2014. Even though they are 30 miles away and there are other Nissan dealerships near me, I always have my car serviced by them. I also love their service department..everyone is always nice and accommodating. When I was getting it serviced on Friday and since my lease is ending soon, I decided to go over to the showroom to check out my options. I looked at the Altima and Maxima this time and fell in love with the Maxima. I talked with the salesman Alam and sales manager Peter who were both great! I had worked with Peter in the past when I leased my Altima. No pressure and with all of Nissan's rebates going on now I was able to get into one for the same price per month that I was paying on my Altima (when I leased my Altima there were no rebates because it had just hit the showroom floor hence why it was a higher payment). They were both upfront with me and since I've purchased from there in the past I knew they weren't going to jerk me around. Saturday I went with my husband and he liked the car so we put a deposit on one. Sunday we went there, did our paperwork and I drove it home. Never did I think that when I was "just looking" and trying to weigh my options on Friday that in 2 days I was going to get another car but they were great to deal with and I couldn't pass up the offer they were giving me. They are a great dealership to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back to service my car and purchase from them again in the future. Thank you guys! More
