I visited the service center, it was disappointing that it took over a week to get my car back and that there was no temporary cars available. So not only did I incur a $485 bill for a $45 part but I had t it took over a week to get my car back and that there was no temporary cars available. So not only did I incur a $485 bill for a $45 part but I had to rent a car for a week for an additional $375🤦🏾‍♀️🤨. Also, no one bothered to do the 2 notifications on my car (ie. Computer upgrade and transmission bushel?) so I had to make another appointment to bring my car back and I do not have funds for another weeklong rental 😒😖 More

Was told an hour and half waut,at 2hr asked for an update and they said it would be another 2 hours. I sat there for 2 hours with a 2 and 6 year old and left with no oil change. Wasted 2 hours of my day for and they said it would be another 2 hours. I sat there for 2 hours with a 2 and 6 year old and left with no oil change. Wasted 2 hours of my day for absolutely nothing and now will have to schedule to come back again and sit there again to wait another 4 hours because the techs are super slow. I schedule an appointment for you guys to diagnose and fix a problem with the pneumatic lift system. I dropped it off and left it with you for a week while I was out of town. When I got back, you had done nothing except change the oil and rotate the tires. Totally inexcusable. I felt blown off. This is the second time that I brought the car to you with that problem.
