Unfulfilled Promises and Lies Item after item (my requests) were ignored, unless I followed up, and then, some totally ignored/firgitten. The car I wanted (to test drive) was on the rack having CPO inspection - even though it was on the website. I was told I'd have to put a deposit (which I did) to keep it offline and off market. I continued to shop and, when I felt I'd found another car, I requested my $1000 back. Later on, (after being placated by their "it sometimes takes a few days"), I found the credit had never been put through. I did come back here for that car. I was promised a printout of those things their shop had to do togring it to CPO, never got, only got specs on the 4 tires. Today, I'm waiting for them - TWO WEEKS AFTER THE TURNIN - to deliver the payoff to the finance company on my trade-in! Oh, maybe I'll leave off the crazy reason given for lowering the quote on my trade-in: "you know what it'll cost me to match those Michelins you have on the rear??". I have to say, the cars and the brand ARE FAR BETTER THAN the people they have representing them. More

This is a dealership that truly goes out of their way to give you a great buying and service experience at a fair competitive price. How many people can say they have bought 4 cars from the same dealership. They have a low-pressure approach without all the chaos of other dealerships. No bell ringing or the sales manager breathing down your neck to make a deal and take you through the wringer. It feels like being In an Apple store each time I’m there. The owners are always in the dealership to make sure their customers are happy with their sale or service. We recently had an outstanding experience with Rob Milam, who I purchased a used GTI from. I received an amazing deal and very happy with the price and quality of the used car. He has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy with our new car. A few days after the purchase I noticed a noise from the front end and returned the car for service. I made a service appointment with Matt Pease and he was very apologetic for the inconvenience and got me an appointment the next day after my call. Matt and the mechanics had the car for 2 days and replaced several parts to rid the car of the noise. The car is even better than when I bought it. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! I am just an extremely satisfied customer for the 4th time and needed to give back to them by writing this, they deserve a 5-star reputation (there is no incentive to me for this honest review). IF something isn’t right, give them the opportunity to correct it before writing a bad review. They will make it right; they care about their customers and want you back to buy again. We have referred many friends and family and not a single person has been disappointed. More
