Austin went above and beyond in helping get into a great vehicle. He communicated with in and outside of work hours. He picked my Daughter and I up from Portland Airport as I was flying in from Spokane Wash vehicle. He communicated with in and outside of work hours. He picked my Daughter and I up from Portland Airport as I was flying in from Spokane Washington. Austin was extremely courteous and professional. He also checked in with me the evening after the sale to ensure we had a safe 7 hour trip home in our new to us Used Tundra. Sales manager Zachary also went out of his way for me and even came in on his day off to ensure a smooth transaction. These two are a great team and should considered extremely valuable to the Skyline Ford business. I would not hesitate to do business again with Skyline ford because of Austin and Zachary.
